EACH SESSION LED BY ELISE INCLUDES:
1. 10 minute dynamic warmup to get your muscles ready to work
2. 50 minute full-body circuit workout with light weights, jump ropes, light running OR walking, & an awesome playlist
3. 10 minute cool down, stretch, & meditation to get you ready for the day
4. This workout is for ALL fitness levels. YOU decide your intensity. Absolutely ZERO pressure, but your squad will be there to push you when you are ready!
